Day 1 of My 100+ Pound weight loss plan
May 6, 2009: Thursday: Day 1 of My 100+ Pound weight loss plan.
I didn’t readily plan my weight loss to perfection yet. –So I will just have to start with eating less and exercising at least 30-60 minutes/day. In the near future, I plan to change my diet to more of a natural, organic food plan so that I will have sustained energy and be more healthy. I understand that in order to become healthy and live healthy, it requires a life style change and not just some fad diet.
Today, I weighed 291.0 lbs in the A.M.
Foods I’ve eaten will be logged later on tonight.
Exercise regimen will also be logged later on tonight.






Good luck with it! I’m losing weight myself at the moment, 28lbs and counting, with about the same to go again if I want to get to my ideal weight.
I’ve started drinking a lot more water and that’s really helped. The biggest thing that’s forced me to lose weight though is keeping a record of everything that I eat in a day. It’s a real eye opener as to all the rubbish that goes in. Also I’ve become a lot more knowledgeable regarding what foods are the most unhealthy (to try and avoid them!).
