Day 1

Thus far today, I’ve eaten shredded cabbage with thousand island dressing (dinner) and two corndogs (breakfast and lunch). I know…I know…the corn dogs are bad….But at least I’ve eaten less than I normally would in an average day. I know for sure I must have lost at least one pound. -So I’ll weigh myself again tomorrow. Or maybe I’ll just weigh-in weekly.

For my exercise regimin, I will now ride the stationary bicycle for 30 minutes.

Starting tomorrow, I plan to do my exercises early in the mornings and/or afternoons. Evenings is kinda hard.

Also, for those in the U.S., they’re giving out free grilled chicken meals from KFC at http://unthinkkfc.com

It’s grilled chicken, so it should be good.
