Day 3: Weight Loss Plan for 1 Week: Fruit, Veggie & Liquids Diet

Starting today, I’ve decided to go on the Fruit, Veggie and Liquids Only diet. We’ll see how much weight can be lost with this diet method.

So, as of today, I weigh 288.0 lbs.
